2. Will I be charged with Customs & Taxes?
You may be liable to pay duties and taxes in your country (if applicable) once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. 4. What forms of payment do you accept?
We use the trusted and secure payment processor - Stripe and also Paypal. Payments are made are over a Secure SSL connection. Both types of payment systems accept major credit cards; Visa, Mastercard & AMEX. All transactions are processed in US Dollars ($USD)

6. Didn't receive my Order Confirmation after I paid for my order?
The order confirmation email is sent to the email address you provided us at checkout. It is important to ensure that you enter your email address correctly during the checkout process (as this is how we communicate with you.) If you did not receive an order confirmation email, could you please check your 'spam' or 'junk' folder, as 9/10 it ends up in there. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery if the information provided at checkout is inaccurate. It is important that you double check your shipping and billing information during checkout and again when you receive your order confirmation email. We will not refund or replace orders in which inaccurate information deems a shipment as undeliverable by our courier(s). We have a strict policy regarding the modification of shipping and/or billing address changes and cannot guarantee updates to this information once the shipment is processed through our dispatch department
7. Why isn't my order shipped right away?
Once you have placed your order with us it goes through a process; Order verification, tailoring, quality check & packaging. All orders are sent to our manufacturer within 24 hours after the order is placed. Our manufacturer will then process your order before sending out direct to you, which can take from one or up to five business days. Timeframe for shipping is approximately; 7 - 20 business days, so please be patient as shipping times can vary from time to time due to seasonal holidays & / or unforeseen weather events
8. The tracking number you provided for my order has stopped updating, what is going on?
If you notice your tracking number suddenly stop updating, there is no need for concern as it automatically re-adjust and re activate within a few days, continuing it's journey onto you. If you're buying from outside of the U.S, your Country's customs may randomly hold your item(s) at the border temporarily (particularly in Canada), if this does occur it often will not come with an explanation from customs. Please note that Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we do suggest calling your Country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately
9. I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's the rest of my order?
If your order consists of multiple different items from our store, they may be shipped separately & at different times, this is because we have warehouses around the globe . We do this so your order will get to you within a faster time frame. So you may receive one item before the next and a few days apart. So there is no need to panic, if you don't receive all of your order at once, they are simply on their way to you! A tracking number will be provided for each delivery in this case (apart from free plus shipping items, a tracking number is not provided for these offers)
10. My order arrived damaged
If your order arrives damaged please send us an email detailing your order number and the issue at hand ie. damaged item received. If your order was damaged during transit please include photographs or a video of the damage to your order and we will sort this out for you, send us an email
11. My order never arrived?
On the rare occasion your order does not arrived, please first check a few things. Your order may be delayed due to Seasonal Holidays and /or unforeseen weather events, so please be patient. Next check your order's TRACKING NUMBER that has been provided to check the status. If still no luck, please send us an email; including your order number and we will help you out
