Return & Refund Policy

Our Return Policy lasts 14 days. We want you to love the products you purchase from us. If you change your mind, you may return your purchase to us within 14 days from the date you received it. You, will be responsible for all shipping charges to facilitate the return of the item(s) back to our manufacturing facility in China. 

If you would like to return an item(s) please email us first to:  along with your order number, name and address. If, after 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused, not assembled, damaged, washed or laundered and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in it's original packaging. Certain products cannot be returned.

That's Nice, That's Different, do not cover the shipping costs for returned items. A postal tracking number is to be provided from you, as proof when returning goods back to our manufacturing facility in China. Simply email this tracking number, along with your name and original order number to: Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspected it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We take no responsibility for customs and duty charges for parcels returned to us, if these are incurred then these will be taken out of the total refund amount along with any original postage charges. If you are approved, and have followed all the above steps then your refund will be processed, and applied back onto your original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
